SoundExpert is moving to a new location

New version of SoundExpert testing system is ready and will be launched in a few days. In order to preserve integrity of all collected data (your grades) SE testing engine was stopped. It will be resumed after upgrade of the system. Ratings will be displayed as usually, not updated though. We'll do our best to make this transition as seamless as possible.
